Ma'alim Daud is also known as Salad Karate, Ma'alin Abdirahman, and Abdifatah. He was probably born around 1958. He is responsible for the planning, recruitment, training, and operations against the Government of Somalia and Western targets. He speaks English, Arabic, and Somali. He is from the Hawiye/Ayr clan. He has primarily resided in the lower Shabelle region of Somalia. The US Rewards for Justice program is offering $5 million for information that brings him to justice.
