Ramadan Abdullah was born on January 1, 1958, in the Gaza Strip. He serves as the Secretary-General for the terrorist organization Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ). He has a Ph.D. in Banking and Economics from the University of Durham in England, and taught as an adjunct faculty at the University of South Florida in Tampa, until departing in 1995 to assume leadership of the PIJ at its headquarters in Damascus, Syria. The Department of Justice is offering a $5 million reward for him.
