Taliban Military Strategist
Wali Ur Rehman was killed by a drone strike in Pakistan in May 2013. He had a $5 million reward on his head from the US State Department. He was the chief military strategist and the second in command of a terrorist organization in Pakistan called the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). The TTP conducts cross-border raids against stability forces in Afghanistan and coordinates terrorist attacks in Pakistan. The TTP claimed responsibility for the failed bombing of Times Square in New York City in May 2010.
