Ali Sayyid Muhamed Mustafa al-Bakri is also known as Abdul-Aziz al-Masri. He is an Egyptian national born on April 18, 1966. He started out in the Egyptian Islamic Jihad. Now he is a member of the Al Qaeda Shura leadership council. He is an explosives and chemical weapons expert. He taught in Al Qaeda’s pre 9-11 Afghan training camps and probably continues as an Al Qaeda instructor. He tried to hijack a Pakistani airliner in December 2002. He may be in Pakistan, Afghanistan, or Iran. The U.S. Department of Justice is offering $5 million for information that brings him to justice.
