Hossein Hatefi Ardakani

Hossein Hatefi Ardakani is also known as Hasan Hashem. He is an Iranian business man. He has allegedly helped the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) obtain sophisticated weapons technology for itself and proxies like Russians in Ukraine. He's known to have traveled to China, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates. He was born on September 21, 1985, in Ardakan, Iran. The US Rewards for Justice program is offering up to $15 million for information leading to the disruption of his financial and technology trafficking mechanisms.
