Ibrahim Mohamed Aqil
Ibrahim Mohamed Aqil is also known as Tahsin, Abd al-Qadr Aqil, and Ghosn Ali Abdel Mehdi. He serves on Hizballah’s highest military body, the Jihad Council. He was born in Lebanon sometime between 1958 and 1962. He has been a principal member of Hizballah's terror cell that was responsible for bombing the US Embassy and the Marine Barracks in Beirut in 1983. He also directed hostage taking in Lebanon. The U.S. Department of State’s Rewards for Justice program is offering up to $7 million for his information leading to the identification, location, arrest, and/or conviction.
