Radullan Sahiron the most wanted man in the Philippines. The US Department of Justice is offering a $1 million reward for information that will help to capture him. He is at least 70 years old and the most senior leader of the Abu Sayyaf Group. He played a role in the tourist kidnapping that included Martin and Gracia Burnham. Authorities believe he is hiding in southern Mindanao from where he plots schemes that continue to terrorize many communities.
